Inspired Futures
Inspired Futures is a post-school pathways program designed to help you explore your strengths, identify career goals, and take practical steps toward meaningful employment or study. It’s a hands-on workshops, with mentoring, and action planning. Participants build confidence, learn job-readiness skills, and discover opportunities aligned with their purpose and passions.

Thriving Futures
Thriving Futures is a 6-week career pathway program for young women who are finishing or have recently completed tertiary study. It combines workshops, masterclasses and one-on-one mentoring to help participants build confidence, translate their skills into job opportunities, and step into their dream industries.

Entrepreneur programs
Maua Boutique is where creativity meets purpose. It’s Ethni’s social enterprise, run by young women just like you. They design, create, and learn through handmade gifts and floral bouquets made in our Logan Central workshop. Every product sold helps fund creative workshops and job opportunities for other young women starting fresh in Australia.
