our young women are at the centre
At Ethni, we believe the best decisions come from those who truly understand the community we serve. That’s why our Board is peer‑led and community‑driven, including people with both personal connections to our purpose and professional knowledge from key fields—so we can tackle challenges from every angle.
Our Board members bring lived experience, cultural insight, and expert knowledge from the sector. This means every choice we make reflects the real needs, dreams, and voices of young women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
We lead with heart and purpose, staying connected to the young women at the centre of all we do.
