Bloom with us
Find your confidence. Build real work skills. Step into the future you deserve.
Bloom With Us is a free 7-week employment pathway program created for young women from refugee, migrant, and culturally diverse backgrounds.
Navigating the job market or entering the workforce for the first time can feel overwhelming.
Bloom With Us provides a safe, supportive, and culturally grounded space where you can discover your personal strengths, learn practical job-seeking skills, and gain real-world work experience.
Delivered in partnership with Ethni Store —Ethni’s social enterprise gift store—the program bridges the gap between learning and doing. Alongside interactive workshops, you will get hands-on experience in product making, inventory management, customer service, point-of-sale systems, and running a real market stall.
Fully Funded Opportunity: Bloom With Us is delivered at no cost to participants and is funded by the Queensland Government through the Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
