Support Worker - Casual - Brisbane North

We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team to support NDIS participants with daily living, community access, and social connection. You'll work directly with people in their homes and in the community, guided by their goals, their voice, and their rights.

This isn't just a job. It's a chance to bring your lived experience, your culture, and your care into work that actually matters.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have lived experience as a young woman from a refugee, migrant, or CALD background

  • Hold (or are working toward) a Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)

  • Have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and First Aid

  • Have a driver's licence and reliable car

  • Show up with warmth, reliability, and a person-centred approach

The details:

📍 Brisbane North
🕐 Casual — variable roster (mornings, evenings, weekends)
💰 SCHADS Award Level 1.3— $36.81/hr (incl. 25% casual loading)
