live your best life.
At Ethni, we believe every girl and young woman deserves the chance to live her best life. We’re a community of young women who bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the way we support you.
Our team is here to walk alongside you—whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, building confidence, or reaching for new goals. What makes Ethni different is our peer-led model. Many of our team members have walked similar paths and draw on their own experiences of overcoming challenges to connect, support, and inspire others. We’ll meet you where you’re at—listening, respecting your journey, and empowering you to make choices that feel right for you.
When you choose Ethni, you’re choosing an NDIS service that values respect, diversity, and your independence. We’re committed to making sure you feel safe, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Our team of Psychosocial Recovery Coaches and Support Coordinators are here to support you to set and reach your goals and take more control of your life. Our Therapeutic social work services provide a safe space for young women to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Our team help clients navigate life challenges, enhance their self-esteem, and foster independence. By integrating a holistic approach that considers the individual's physical, emotional, and social well-being, therapeutic social work services play a crucial role in empowering young women to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

our model.
Why we think we’re a little bit different (and pretty great)
Our NDIS services operate within a Peer Support model, employing a qualified team of young women who utilise their own unique life experiences, facing challenges and overcoming adversity, to reach their full potential. At Ethni we value the knowledge and connection that comes through shared, lived experiences. While our team's experiences will be different from yours, they will always be there to create safe and empowering spaces for you and will walk alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and downs.
