This program includes three full-day Saturday workshops across three months starting early April.
Between sessions you’ll complete a guided Launch Plan, supported by:
Small accountability pods
Monthly group coaching calls
Peer support and feedback
There will also be a Connection Night held in late June. This will be a professional networking event where industry professionals come together. Giving you a chance to launch your new business to the world.

Cultivate is a 3 month program, starting late March 2026.
Workshops will be run in person at our Logan Central HQ on a monthly basis with online check-ins and tasks to be completed in between.
Participant will have access to industry mentors, comprehensive guides and resources and the support of the Ethni team and their own accountability pod. Where possible participants will also be matched to industry experts as one-to-one mentors to help them build momentum once the program is over.
Only 15 spaces available in the program for young women from refugee, migrant and CALD backgrounds.
